A Legacy of HVAC Excellence Since 1961
Army veteran Harley Morrison started a HVAC company in a small shop on Greene Street in Marietta, Ohio. He offered heating, air conditioning, and appliance repair for homeowners in the area. In 1961, he partnered with fellow Army veteran Edwin “Jack” Haas. They incorporated to form Morrison, Inc. Along with this, they expanded and constructed a sales and service complex at 410 Colegate Drive in Marietta, our current location. Our company’s first motto, “Service Comes First Here,” reflected our customer-driven dedication.
A Second Generation Building on the Foundation
In 1979, our company welcomed its second generation, with the addition of Harley’s son, Ken. And in 1983, Jack’s son, David, joined Morrison, Inc. Ken, after working his way through the ranks, became president in 1986. David also held many positions in our company until succeeding Ken as president in 2017. Continuing our family tradition is Ken’s stepson, Chase, who currently serves as our vice president for development of our commercial business.

Morrison, Inc. has continued to grow and evolve with the times and changes in the HVAC industry. But our commitment to customer service stays the same. We employ more than 50 employees, with more than 420 years of combined HVAC experience. Our expert team can handle a multitude of HVAC issues, from basic heating and air conditioning to complex energy management solutions.
Our technicians are certified by North American Technician Excellence (NATE). They are also EPA-certified for environmentally sensitive refrigeration handling. Alongside our team and workmanship, we also have a full sheet metal fabrication shop, with a computer-aided design plasma cutting table. This further distinguishes us from the competition.
